1. Eligibility for Return

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process
Contact us at taiyi_shan@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please return the original item as described above and place a new order.

6. Non‑returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

• Items worn, altered, or washed.

• Sale or clearance items (final sale).
